We received a bottle of Yalumba Y Series Viognier from Aunt Jan this Christmas. On the nose, it had interesting notes of celery, and dare I say, canned salmon! Prominent flavours of unripe grapefruit. Reminded me of Chardonnay.A delicious wine!
